Ticketek terms – NO SCALPING

AA TERMS

Finally Ticketek clearly has the part of its TOS – Terms of Sale or Terms and Conditions – about no ticket scalping on the back of all Tickets!  Anyone who offers or sells a Ticket for more than what was first paid for it, from the original seller, is in breach of Ticketek’s terms and conditions

For example, we recently paid $168.52 for 2 tickets to one of Dynamo’s Australian shows.   B class tickets =  $82.65 each so a total of $165.24 for 2 tickets.  We also paid $9.20 for regular postage delivery of the paper tickets.  $165.24 plus $9.20 is $177.22 and we would never sell our tickets for more than $177 if we unexpectedly absolutely could not go to the performance we have booked for.  Nor would we sell just one of these tickets ever for more than half of $177.22.   WHY ?
